Wall Art - Pros and Cons

Graffiti is a form of art commonly found on various urban infrastructure.  Take a walk down your city's down town core and you should find these spray paintings in alley ways, on the side of train carts and on sign posts.  A lot of these were done illegally with mischief in mind, but as you continue down the street, you will notice that a lot of these paintings are actually quite vibrant and visually pleasing.
